tortilla roll-ups

Tortilla roll-ups are a quick and delicious snack made by layering flavorful fillings on soft tortillas and rolling them into bite-sized pinwheels. Perfect for parties or a light lunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked turkey or ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread an even layer of softened cream cheese over each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Layer turkey or ham slices evenly over the cream cheese.
  4. Add shredded cheddar cheese followed by chopped spinach, red bell pepper, and green onions.
  5. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
  6. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute the turkey or ham with roasted vegetables or add more spinach and bell peppers.
