Steak And Shrimp

A delicious and hearty combination of perfectly grilled steak and succulent shrimp, seasoned to perfection for a flavorful surf and turf experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak
  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Butter for basting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ribeye steak with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, basting with butter if desired.
  5. Grill shrimp on skewers or in a grill basket for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  6. Remove steak and shrimp from grill, let steak rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve the steak sliced alongside the shrimp.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak and shrimp for 30 minutes in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, and herbs before grilling.
