Southern Fried Cabbage

Southern Fried Cabbage is a flavorful, comforting side dish featuring tender cabbage sautéed with savory bacon and onions, seasoned to perfection for a classic Southern taste.

  4. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet, drizzle with olive oil if needed, and stir to combine.
  5. Season with smoked paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Cook the cabbage, stirring occasionally, until wilted and tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  7. Stir in apple cider vinegar and cooked bacon bits, mixing thoroughly.
  8. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve warm.
