Smoked Salmon Bagel Dip

A creamy, smoky, and flavorful dip featuring smoked salmon blended with cream cheese and fresh herbs, perfect for serving with bagel chips or fresh veggies.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon capers, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bagel chips or sliced bagels, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add chopped smoked salmon, lemon juice, dill, chives, capers, and garlic powder. Mix well to combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled with bagel chips or sliced fresh bagels for dipping.

Notes

For extra tang, add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard or a dash of hot sauce to the dip before chilling. Garnish with extra dill or capers for a nice presentation.
