  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and poppy seeds. Mix well.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
