Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once boiling, let boil for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add the oats and mix until fully combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and let cool until set, about 30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy your no bake cookies once firm.

Notes
