  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the snow crab legs in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  4. Brush the crab legs generously with the butter mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, until heated through and fragrant.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, sprinkle some Old Bay seasoning on the crab legs before baking or serve with a side of garlic butter dipping sauce.
