This classic Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Pie is a creamy, rich dessert featuring a smooth peanut butter filling in a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • Optional: chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
