gluten-free charcuterie board with a stunning salami rose

This gluten-free charcuterie board features a beautiful salami rose centerpiece surrounded by naturally gluten-free cheeses, fruits, nuts, and crackers, perfect for an elegant snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 150g gluten-free salami slices
  • 100g aged cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 100g brie cheese, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup fresh grapes
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 100g gluten-free crackers
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Lay out a clean wooden board or platter.
  2. Create the salami rose by carefully folding each slice of salami and layering them in a circular pattern to form a rose shape in the center of the board.
  3. Arrange cheddar and brie cheeses around the salami rose.
  4. Place grapes, cucumber slices, dried apricots, and mixed nuts evenly around the cheeses.
  5. Fill in gaps with gluten-free crackers.
  6. Drizzle honey over some cheese wedges if desired.
  7. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs for a touch of color and aroma.
  8. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
