Dates Cream Cheese Pistachio Honey

A delightful no-cook treat combining the natural sweetness of dates, creamy cheese, crunchy pistachios, and a drizzle of honey for a nutritious and elegant snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Make a lengthwise slit in each date and remove the pit if not already pitted.
  2. Fill each date with approximately 1 teaspoon of softened cream cheese.
  3. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the cream cheese in each date.
  4. Drizzle honey evenly over all stuffed dates.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes before serving for a firmer texture.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute cream cheese with a plant-based alternative and use maple syrup instead of honey.
