A tangy and creamy horseradish sauce that adds a zesty kick to meats, sandwiches, and appetizers. Perfectly balanced to enhance any dish with bold flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, prepared horseradish, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  2. Whisk ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, stirring well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled alongside roast beef, sandwiches, or as a dip for vegetables.

Notes

For a milder flavor, reduce the horseradish amount or use freshly grated horseradish instead of prepared. This sauce can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
