This Creamy Beef Pasta combines tender ground beef with a rich, velvety sauce and perfectly cooked pasta for a comforting and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  5. Season beef mixture with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Reduce heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the creamy beef sauce.
  9. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes when cooking the garlic, or sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
