Cotton Candy Fudge

Cotton Candy Fudge is a whimsical, creamy treat bursting with nostalgic cotton candy flavor, perfect for a fun and colorful dessert experience.

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cotton candy, finely crushed
  • Pink and blue food coloring (optional)
  • Sprinkles or edible glitter for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
  3. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Divide the mixture into two bowls. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to one and blue to the other, stirring to combine.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed cotton candy over the bottom of the prepared pan.
  7. Pour the pink fudge mixture over the cotton candy layer, then carefully pour the blue fudge on top.
  8. Use a knife or skewer to lightly swirl the colors together for a marbled effect.
  9. Sprinkle with additional crushed cotton candy or edible glitter if desired.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  11. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
  12. Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy the sweet cotton candy flavor in every bite.

Notes

For an extra playful touch, serve with mini cotton candy sticks or drizzle with colored chocolate before setting.
