  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup rainbow or holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Stir in almond extract and vanilla extract.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
