Christmas Cool Whip Candy

Delightful Christmas Cool Whip Candy combines creamy whipped topping with sweet marshmallows and festive sprinkles for a no-bake holiday treat that’s easy to make and perfect for sharing.

  • 1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup red and green holiday sprinkles
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently fold together the Cool Whip and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and crispy rice cereal to the mixture, folding carefully to avoid deflating the whipped topping.
  3. Stir in the white chocolate chips and half of the holiday sprinkles.
  4. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into the pan.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining holiday sprinkles on top and gently press them into the mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Once set, cut into bite-sized squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For an extra festive touch, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top before chilling, or add chopped nuts for crunch.
