- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup red and green holiday sprinkles
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently fold together the Cool Whip and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the mini marshmallows and crispy rice cereal to the mixture, folding carefully to avoid deflating the whipped topping.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips and half of the holiday sprinkles.
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into the pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining holiday sprinkles on top and gently press them into the mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, cut into bite-sized squares and serve chilled.
