Chocolate Mint Pie

This Chocolate Mint Pie combines rich chocolate with refreshing mint flavor in a creamy, no-bake dessert that’s perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  2. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add peppermint extract and melted chocolate, then mix until fully incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mint mixture until smooth.
  7. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Before serving, garnish with whipped topping, fresh mint leaves, and chocolate shavings if desired.

Notes

For an extra indulgent touch, serve slices with a drizzle of warm chocolate sauce or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
