Chicken Caesar Wrap

Enjoy a classic Caesar salad in a convenient and portable form with this delicious chicken Caesar wrap. It’s packed with tender chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner on the go.

  • 1 large (10-inch) flour tortilla
  • 4 oz cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • 1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Caesar dressing
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: 1/4 cup croutons, crushed
  • Optional: Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay the flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the Caesar dressing evenly over the center of the tortilla, leaving about an inch clear around the edges.
  3. Arrange the cooked chicken slices or shredded chicken over the dressing.
  4. Top with the chopped romaine lettuce and grated Parmesan cheese. If using, sprinkle crushed croutons and black pepper.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then starting from the bottom, tightly roll the tortilla upwards to form a secure wrap.
  6. Slice in half diagonally, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor and crunch, try grilling your chicken breast before slicing, or add some crispy bacon bits! You can also use a whole wheat tortilla for a healthier option.
