These Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos combine tender grilled chicken, creamy avocado, and tangy ranch dressing wrapped in a warm tortilla for a delicious and satisfying meal.

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper; cook until warmed through.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until pliable.
  3. Spread ranch dressing evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Layer the chicken, avocado slices, shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and red onion onto each tortilla.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a burrito.
  6. Optionally, grill the burritos in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a few dashes of hot sauce or swap ranch dressing with a cilantro lime dressing.
