Brie Cheese Wheel with Rosemary Wreath

A beautifully presented Brie cheese wheel garnished with a fragrant rosemary wreath, perfect for elegant gatherings and charcuterie boards.

  • 1 whole Brie cheese wheel (8 ounces)
  • 23 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: honey or fig jam for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie cheese wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the fresh rosemary sprigs around the top edge of the Brie to form a wreath shape.
  4. Lightly brush the rosemary and Brie with olive oil to help herbs infuse and prevent drying.
  5. Bake the Brie in the oven for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is soft but not melted entirely.
  6. Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before transferring to a serving platter.
  7. Optionally, drizzle honey or fig jam over the top before serving to add a touch of sweetness.
  8. Serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh fruit.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes to the rosemary wreath before baking.
