  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate large bowl, combine rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  4. Use your hands to form the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the bites on a lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
