  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños or chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce and mix until evenly coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, prepare the coleslaw by mixing coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Divide the BBQ chicken evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
  5. Top the chicken with a generous amount of coleslaw mixture.
  6. Add optional sliced jalapeños or cilantro if desired.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form wraps.
  8. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a lunch on the go.

Notes

For extra flavor, warm the tortillas slightly before assembling and serve the wraps with a side of pickles or sweet potato fries.
